We have managed to grab a few of the Blue Seal Bicycle Rider Backs. 
 
The blue seal decks mean they were made in Cincinnati Ohio before they moved their factory to Kentucky. The playing cards produced that were made in Ohio are known to handle much better than the current Standard Bicycle decks and are also in demand for collectors!
